Grand Victoria Boutique Hotel

Beautiful hotel with a lot of carved wood fixtures. Rooms are on the small side, but well appointed. The rooms on the very front of the hotel have french doors that open with balconies, interior rooms only have a window to the corridors of the hotel. No a/c or heat, but not needed with the French doors. Very attentive and friendly housekeeping. Great breakfast in the main dining room.

I booked for family members who needed a place to stay last minute and this is what they had to say: We are truly impressed with the superior customer service and cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is by far the best we have had at any hotel previously. The staff are always going above and beyond for any request and there have been many because of our situation. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

The staff was very accommodating, assisting us with a taxi to the Loja Airport, also personally delivered wine glasses and an opener for a bottle of wine we had purchased. The bed was very comfortable, hot shower, and there was a refrigerator in our room, which was great because I had medication which needed to stay cold. The breakfast was very good, and the waitstaff friendly.

Love the location . Staff did excellent job and went out of way to accommodate and help. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed.

Breakfast was delicious and had a variety to choose from. The location was also pretty good, close to the center of the city.
